Jay Torta is an Australian cinematographer with a passion for creative collaboration. After starting in the film industry as Truck Loader on “The Matrix” in 1997, Jay has successfully worked his way up through the camera department.
Jay’s recent credits include shooting 2nd Unit for Mandy Walker ASC ACS on Baz Lurhmann’s “Elvis”. His enthusiasm for visual expression is combined with an ability to stay true to the story and the director’s vision.
